How to order
There is one route in, and it starts with the form at the bottom of this page. You send me the details, I send back the scope and the whole price in one document, and nothing is invoiced until you have agreed to both. It runs in writing from start to finish, so every decision stays on record instead of depending on what someone remembers.
What happens after you send the form
Every package starts here, including the ones with a fixed price on the service pages. I check the scope actually fits the package before anything is invoiced, rather than taking your money first and finding out afterwards.
You send me the details
Write it the way you would explain it to a friend. No technical words needed, and you do not need to know what should be built. What the business does, what happens now, and which part wastes the most time is enough for me to work from.
I ask about whatever is missing
A few questions by email, usually the same day I read it. This is also where I tell you if the job is smaller than you think, or if it is not one I should be taking.
One document, within 1 to 2 business days
Scope, the full price, delivery dates, any monthly running cost, and a plain list of what is not included. The whole number goes in front of you once. Nothing gets added to it later.
You decide, and changes are free at this point
Cut something, add something, or ask why a line costs what it costs. Nothing is committed and nothing is charged while the scope is still moving.
Contract in English
Scope, delivery dates, who owns the code, refund terms, and the hours I answer in, converted to your time zone. My national ID number is on it, so you can check that the person signing is the person doing the work. There is no registered company behind this, so the contract is with me by name.
Invoice, then work starts
Once the scope is agreed I send the invoice with the payment instructions on it. Terms are usually half up front, and larger builds are split into stages you pay against work you have already seen and accepted.
You see it running before it is finished
I put the work on a test link while it is being built, not at the end. If something feels wrong in week two, week two is when it is cheap to change.
Handover, then 60 days of support
Source code pushed into your own repository, documentation in English, and I stay available for 60 days after handover. What that covers and what it does not is written out on the support and refunds page.

Everything you receive is in English
The scope document, the contract, the README and code comments, the user guide and the technical handover doc. Nothing arrives in Thai for you to put through a translator.
A contract you can check
Written before anything starts, covering scope, dates, ownership of the code and refund terms. It names me, with my ID number, because there is no company to name instead.
60 days of support, not 30
Bugs inside the agreed scope are fixed free for 60 days after handover, and you can keep asking questions during that window. Thai clients get 30 days. The longer window is on this side because you are further from me and cannot walk over.
Written work, on GMT+7
I am in Thailand. I reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, and the reply window goes in the contract in your time zone so there is nothing to work out. No call is required at any point.
Things I would rather you knew before you send anything
- No registered company. You are contracting with a person, and my ID number stands in for a company number.
- No team and no subcontractors. The person you email is the person writing the code.
- No security certifications. For audit work I send a sample report first, and the tools I test with are public on GitHub, which is the honest substitute for a certificate.
- No price before I have read your scope. Any number I gave you today would be wrong, and you would be the one paying for being wrong.
- No unlimited capacity. I take a few projects at a time, and if I am full I will say so rather than stretch your dates to fit.
