A painting of Vesuvius erupting, dated 1771. The left half is the original painting. The right half continues the same scene, but is built entirely out of the words LAVA, SMOKE, MOUNTAIN and CLOUDS, arranged to follow the real shape of each region, with the sky and the surface of the water left empty.

Same picture. You see a volcano, the system sees words.

An AI model does not look at an image the way you do. It cuts the picture into small cells and answers what each cell most likely is, lava, smoke, mountain or cloud, keeping a confidence number for every one of them. The most interesting part is the large empty areas across the sky and through the middle. That is not styling. Those are the cells where the model was not confident enough to name anything, so it chose not to answer. That uncertainty is the most valuable thing in the whole process, and it is usually the first thing thrown away, because most systems are built to produce an answer rather than admit they do not know. The systems I build say they are unsure and pass the case to a person, instead of guessing wrong quietly and leaving you to find it months later.

Painting: "The Eruption of Vesuvius" (1771) by Pierre-Jacques Volaire — Art Institute of Chicago, released into the public domain · the right half was turned into text by a program I wrote myself

01

How it works

Every step runs in writing, so there is a record of what was decided and when. Nothing here needs a call.

Work

Everything below is live and running right now. Click in and use it yourself, these are not screenshots of mockups.

I built every one of these alone, each inside a single day. They are my own tools, so I set the problem, I knew the answer going in, and nobody had to approve anything. Client work takes weeks for a different reason. Most of that time is not spent writing code. It goes into understanding how your business actually runs, testing against your real data, fixing what breaks the moment you use it, and handing it over so your team can run it without me. That is what I charge for, not lines of code.

05

I work alone, and that is the point

The person you talk to is the person who builds it

No sales layer, nobody in between, no handover to a team that never spoke to you. What was agreed does not get lost on the way.

One person accountable, start to finish

On larger jobs I have people I can call on, but I am the only one answerable to you. You never have to chase several people for one answer.

The work runs in writing

Scope, decisions and change requests all go in text, so nothing depends on who remembers what. A call is fine if you want one, but nothing here needs it.

60 days of support after handover

Bugs inside the agreed scope get fixed free, and I reply inside the working hours written into the contract, stated in your time zone.

06

60 days of support, and what happens if you cancel

This is written here so you can read it before you decide, not buried in a contract. I only guarantee the things I actually control: the delivery date, the agreed scope, and how fast I answer. I do not guarantee business results such as sales or Google rankings, because nobody controls those honestly.

Covered 60 days after handover

  • Bugs in features that were inside the agreed scope, fixed free
  • A reply inside the working hours in the contract, stated in your time zone
  • Delivery on the date written into the contract
  • Source code and English documentation complete enough for another developer to continue

Not covered quoted before I do any of it

  • New features, or a change of scope after it was agreed
  • A full redesign
  • Problems coming from outside services or third-party APIs
  • Hosting or servers I do not manage
  • Content and data you supply yourself
  • Work that another developer has changed after handover
You cancel before I startRefunded in fullNo time has gone into it yet, so the deposit comes back whole
You cancel after work has startedFinished work is not refundedBut I do not invoice the remaining stages, and you get what is done with the source code
I am the one who cannot continueUnstarted stages refundedNo handling fee, plus a written handover so someone else can pick it up

Questions people ask

You work alone. Will this actually get finished?

I take a limited number of projects at a time and the real queue is always on this site. Every job has a delivery date in writing, and it is paid in stages against work you have already seen running.

What happens if you disappear, or get sick?

Fair question, and here is the straight answer. First, your code goes into your own repository from day one, not at the end, so you are holding it the entire time. Second, the work is paid in stages against things you have already seen, so you never pay ahead for something that does not exist yet. Third, if I genuinely cannot continue, I refund the stages I have not done and write a handover document detailed enough for the next developer to pick it up immediately.

Are you a company?

No. I am one developer, registered in my own name with the Thai Ministry of Commerce, and that registration is in progress right now. There is no company, no team, and no security certification behind any of this. What you get instead is a contract in English with my name and ID number on it, and an invoice your accounting department can file. If your procurement process requires a vendor company, it is better to find that out today than in week three.

Who owns the code?

You do, all of it. It goes into your own repository, with comments and documentation in English so another developer can read it. Nothing is locked to me, and you can change developer whenever you want without asking me first.

How do the time zones and the language work?

I am in Thailand, GMT+7, and everything runs in writing, in English. I reply within one business day, and that reply window goes into the contract converted to your time zone so there is nothing to guess at. No call is required at any point in a project. I would rather work this way anyway: my written English is a lot better than my spoken English, and text leaves a record of every decision.

How do I pay you?

Once the scope is agreed I send an invoice with the payment details on it. The work is split into stages, and each stage is invoiced against something you have already seen working, so you are never paying for a promise.

Are there costs that show up later?

No. You get every cost in one document before anything starts: the build itself, any monthly support, and the outside services you will need such as a domain or hosting. I mark clearly which of those are not paid to me.
