Who you are hiring

Hiring someone you have never met to build a system for your business is a real risk. So this page puts everything you can check yourself in one place: the actual identity behind this, how the work runs, and things you can open and use in the next minute.

01

Identity you can verify

The registration number below is searchable at Thailand's Department of Business Development. You do not have to take my word for it because I typed it on my own site.

Trading nameZyntronLabsThe same name that appears on every quote and receipt
Thai commercial registration1719900398604Registered at the registrar office, Pattani City Municipality, on 4 August 2026
Person responsiblePhisit TantiranonThe same person you talk to, who builds it, and who answers for it if something goes wrong
Based inThailand · GMT+7The home address is not published here. If a contract needs it, I send it in the document itself

This is a registered sole trader, not a limited company, and I do not dress it up as a large team by writing we across the whole site. The contract is with me directly. The upside is that you are talking to the person doing the work from the first sentence, with no salesperson promising on a builder's behalf. The downside is that I can only take on a limited number of projects at once, which I say before taking yours.

02

How the work runs

Every service follows the same four steps. Step two matters most, because you see the whole price before deciding, not partway through.

01
Tell me where it hurts

No spec document needed up front. Describe it the way you would to a friend. If something already exists, a spreadsheet you run on, an old site, or a system still limping along, send one of those and that is enough to start estimating.

02
Get the scope and the whole price, once

I write up the scope, the price and any yearly running costs in a single document within 1 to 2 business days. No call required. Third-party costs like a domain or hosting are labelled separately so it is clear they are not my fee.

03
See the real thing before approving it

For a site I build the first page and we adjust it until you are happy, then the rest follows. For a system I send the data shape and the list of what it will do before writing it, because changing a document takes ten minutes and changing half-written code takes three days.

04
Handover someone else could pick up

Source code, documentation, deployment instructions and the test suite where the project has one, all on accounts in your name, plus 60 days of support after handover.

No step requires a phone call. If writing suits you better than speaking, the whole project can run on text, and text has the side benefit that both of us can go back and check what was actually agreed.

03

Four things done differently here

Not written to sound good. Written so you can verify each one on this site without messaging me first.

Prices are on the page

Every service page shows a real number rather than starting from, and no form stands between you and seeing it. Each package also writes out what is inside that number, so you can compare the options before contacting anyone.

Every service has something you can actually use

Not a screenshot and not a video. Real software running on the page, so you can see the shape of what you would be buying before spending anything.

You always get the source code

From the day of handover, and even if a project is cancelled halfway. You are never locked to me. The day you want a different developer, hand them the code and the documentation and they carry on.

Security is the main line, not an add-on

I write my own security tooling and publish the code on GitHub. Systems I hand over have been looked at by someone who does breaking into things on purpose, not just made to work and left there.

04

Work you can open right now

The work page is not a gallery of pictures. The first few load the real applications into the page so you can use them, and the rest have their full source open.

A system a client uses every single day

An automated morning reporting system for a group of 7 hotels across 2 countries, told without naming them, exactly as the client permitted. The detail and her own words are on the work page.

Source code open to read

Several security tools and sample systems are public. Read how they are written and how they are tested instead of trusting a description on a sales page.

Open GitHub
Free check on your own site, no sign-in

Put in an address and see the kind of report I actually produce. It is the fastest way to see how I work, and it needs no conversation with anyone.

What is guaranteed

The short version here. The full terms are on the support page, written to be read before you decide rather than buried in a contract.

In writingNo call is required at any point

A reply within 1 to 2 hours, and a written scope with the price within 1 to 2 business days. Those two are deliberately separate, because promising a price inside two hours only ends two ways: a rushed number that is wrong, or a broken promise.

Tell me where it hurts and I will tell you what to do about it

Including when the honest answer is that you should not hire me for this one.
