Work

Everything below is a system that is running right now. None of it is a screenshot or a mockup. The first three you can start from this page without going anywhere else, and for the other four the full source code is public on GitHub for you to read.

Press the button and the real app loads inside this page. Not a video, not a still image.

I built every project below on my own, each one inside a single day, because I set the brief myself, I knew the answer before I started, and nobody had to sign it off. Client work takes weeks for a different reason. Most of that time does not go into writing code. It goes into understanding how your team actually works, testing against your real data, fixing the parts you get stuck on, and handing it over so your people can run it without me. Those last two are what I charge for, not the number of lines of code.

Try these right on this page

Press the button and the real app loads into the frame below. It works the same as opening that site directly. On a phone the button opens a new tab instead, because these apps were built for a desktop screen.

GradeLens

A school grading system that follows the real Thai rules, including the 80 percent attendance rule that overrides the score every time. Teachers enter a whole class of marks on one screen and take daily attendance. The full source is public, with 26 tests covering every grade boundary.

Work a client uses every day

The client agreed to let me describe this without naming anyone, so the company, the hotels, and every business figure are left out. What remains is what the system does, and one line in her own words.

An automated morning report for a seven-hotel group

Revenue director, hotels in two countries · running daily since July 2026

7 hotelsin two countries08:00 dailyruns without being asked4 viewscaptured per hotel0 passwordsstored in the code

Every morning used to start by logging into each hotel one at a time, collecting the numbers, and writing a summary for the executive above her. It was the same work every day, and it had to be finished before the real analysis could begin. The system I built logs in on its own, captures each hotel's report along with four forward-looking views, and runs the European property on an afternoon schedule so it lands in that hotel's morning. It then turns the raw figures into plain-language notes she can forward as they are, and has AI analyse both each hotel and the whole portfolio, looking only forward. Every credential lives in the Windows credential store and none of them appear in the code, and each captured image is checked so no other hotel's data can leak into a report meant for one owner.

Work is easier and much faster now. Mornings are not a rush the way they used to be, because the automation handles it for me every day.Revenue director, seven-hotel group · translated from Thai

The code is open to read

These four cannot be embedded in a page. One is a bot inside Slack, one is an app you install on a phone, and the rest run in a terminal. The source code is public for all of them, so you can go in and read how they are written.

Want something like this in your business?

Tell me how the work gets done today and where it costs you the most time.
I send back the scope and the whole price within 1 to 2 business days, and there is no call to sit through.

Everything you get is in English: the scope document, the contract, the handover pack and the comments in the code. After handover you have 60 days to come back to me with questions. Once the scope is agreed I send an invoice with the payment instructions on it.
