Work

Everything below is a system that is running right now. None of it is a screenshot or a mockup. The first three you can start from this page without going anywhere else, and for the other four the full source code is public on GitHub for you to read.

Press the button and the real app loads inside this page. Not a video, not a still image.

I built every project below on my own, each one inside a single day, because I set the brief myself, I knew the answer before I started, and nobody had to sign it off. Client work takes weeks for a different reason. Most of that time does not go into writing code. It goes into understanding how your team actually works, testing against your real data, fixing the parts you get stuck on, and handing it over so your people can run it without me. Those last two are what I charge for, not the number of lines of code.

Try these right on this page

Press the button and the real app loads into the frame below. It works the same as opening that site directly. On a phone the button opens a new tab instead, because these apps were built for a desktop screen.

AI · Agent

DocChat

Point it at any web page and ask a question. It goes and reads that page itself, summarises it, and turns it into a list of things to do, showing you where each part of the answer came from.

Accounting · AI

LedgerLens

An AI bookkeeping check that reviews its own work. It does more than sort transactions into categories. It points at the rows that look wrong and should be read by a person, and gives its reason by quoting the source rows it read.

InsightForge

Upload a data file and the AI asks its own questions of it, finds what stands out, and writes it up as a report you can actually read, instead of you having to know what to ask first.

The code is open to read

These four cannot be embedded in a page. One is a bot inside Slack, one is an app you install on a phone, and the rest run in a terminal. The source code is public for all of them, so you can go in and read how they are written.

Want something like this in your business?

Tell me how the work gets done today and where it costs you the most time.
I send back the scope and the whole price within 1 to 2 business days, and there is no call to sit through.

Everything you get is in English: the scope document, the contract, the handover pack and the comments in the code. After handover you have 60 days to come back to me with questions. Once the scope is agreed I send an invoice with the payment instructions on it.
