Customers browse by category and search by name or product code. Every piece has its own page with photos, and there is a custom order page, a ring size guide, and Thai or English throughout. The whole catalog lives in one Excel file. To add or hide a piece, you edit that file.

Customers pick a day, a time and their bike model any hour of the day. The calendar shows full days, double bookings are blocked, every booking lands in the shop's LINE, and the back office shows today's queue and the month's total. Promised in 5 days, delivered in a day and a half.

The client allowed this story without names, so hotel names and business figures are left out.

Every morning used to start with logging into each hotel and writing the summary by hand. Now the system collects every hotel's report, turns it into plain-language notes ready to forward, and has AI analyse each hotel and the whole group. Every credential lives in the Windows credential store. None are in the code.
