What this package is

When these two things run separately, they fail to meet at the exact moment you need them to. At two in the morning the patrol system says a round was missed at one site, and you still have to open the roster file to work out who is on duty there tonight. By the time you have a name, minutes are gone. And when the daily report goes out, somebody copies the guard's name across from yet another file by hand.

This package is both systems in one. Everything in Patrol and everything in Shift, plus what only exists once they are joined. The system knows which shift covers which site, so a missed-round alert carries the name of the guard on duty straight away with no roster to open. The daily report carries the same name as the real roster with nothing typed twice. And the manager screen holds both sides at once, so one screen shows the whole company.

On price, plainly: the two single packages bought separately cost more than this one, which is the reason Complete exists. On scope, the patrol side starts at one site, with further sites at a fixed per-site rate quoted in writing up front. Vehicle access and the offline Android app are add-ons priced separately and are not part of this price.

See it working

Scan a checkpoint on the live tab, then switch to the roster tab to see how the two systems talk to each other.

This is the real system with every button working. The data inside is sample data and nothing is saved. Refresh to start over.Open full screen in a new tab

Everything you get

This list is the entire scope of the package. Nothing is hidden in a contract.

Not included in this package
  • Hosting and a domain, roughly $15–30 a year, paid directly to the provider in your own name. I set them up in your accounts on day one, which is what makes the system genuinely yours.
  • Sites beyond the first. Every package starts with one site. Each additional site is $190, or $165 each when you open ten or more at the same time, quoted and agreed before any work begins.
  • Vehicle gate control. There are three ways to do it and the price follows the one you pick, so it is never folded into a package price. See the pricing question below.
  • The Android app that keeps working with no signal, $1,650. The same screens and the same buttons, so nobody has to learn the job twice.
  • Monthly care, $169 a month, entirely optional. Nothing stops working if you never take it.
  • Phones and printing. Guards use the phones they already carry, and the QR labels print on your own printer or at any print shop.
  • A registered company on my side. I trade in Thailand under a registered commercial name as a sole trader, not a limited company, and the contract is with me personally.

What I need from you before starting

Only the questions I genuinely cannot start without. Everything else we sort out once work begins. If one is not settled yet, put down what you know today.

How the work runs

1

Click the demo before you talk to me

The demo on this page is open and free. Walk a round, watch a checkpoint go amber, then open the roster and try to create a clash on purpose. No form, no call.

2

Pick the system that hurts today

If your rounds are already tight but the roster is chaos, take Shift. If it is the other way round, take Patrol. If both, Complete costs less than the two apart. Prices are fixed, so there is no quote to wait for.

3

Choose how you pay, then I start

Pay in full and take 3% off, or split it 50/50 and settle the rest once you have checked the working system. Either way you watch it come together rather than seeing it only at the end. Send me your checkpoint list and guard names and the build starts the same week.

4

Handover in your name

Code and hosting sit in your accounts from day one. One training session for your supervisors with a recording they can replay, the full documents, and support after delivery.

How to reach you

Questions about this package

Why not just buy off-the-shelf software

What off-the-shelf cannot do is exactly what this package sells: patrol and roster as one thing. Most products do one side well and leave you to find a second product for the other. You end up paying two monthly bills and still typing the same guard's name into two places. What I build is paid once, the system and the data are yours, there is no compulsory monthly fee, and the two sides talk to each other from day one.

Do the guards need to buy new phones

No. Scanning a checkpoint and checking your own roster both run in the browser on the phone a guard already carries. No app store, no install, no patrol wand to buy. An old Android with a working camera does the job. On handover I train on site across every shift, because a system the men on the ground cannot use is a system with no data in it.

Does the system track where a guard is all shift

No, and that is deliberate. It records only the moment of a scan: who, which point, what time. In between it neither knows nor stores where anyone is, and the roster side never touches location at all. What you have to prove to your client is that your people reached the points on time, which a scan at the point does. Following a man all shift only teaches him to work around it until the data is worthless.

Is vehicle access included in this package

No. It is an add-on priced separately, and there are three ways to do it. One, a QR sticker on the resident's windscreen: the code is issued by the system, so there is nothing to misread, and there is no per-use cost. Two, the officer photographs the plate with a phone, the system helps read the number, and the officer confirms it every time before it is saved, which carries a per-image reading charge. Three, a fixed plate-reading camera at the gate, which adds hardware and installation cost. I lay out all three sets of numbers before you choose.

Is the price really one-time, and what comes next year

You pay me once. The system and all its data are yours. From then on there is only the domain and hosting, paid directly to the provider in your own name, not through me. Monthly care from me is available and entirely optional; the system does not stop working without it. Payment can also be split into three stages tied to delivery: at kickoff, when the first site goes live, and when every site is running.
