Monthly care for your website and systems

One monthly fee that covers the domain, the hosting, and the outside services your system actually runs on. I work alone, not through an agency, so you deal with the person doing the work and you stop getting a separate bill every time something renews.

This is for you if any of this sounds familiar

You have been billed in pieces before

Domain in one place, hosting in another, a renewal nobody remembered, an API charging on its own card. By the end of the year nobody can say what the site costs per month. I put it into one number.

Nobody has touched the site since launch

A site that stops getting updates quietly collects holes. Nothing looks wrong until the day it does, and by then the fix is bigger than the update would have been.

A domain expired on you once

It happens more often than people admit, and it gets harder to undo the longer it sits. I renew ahead of the date and tell you before I do it, not after.

You want one person who already knows the setup

So you are not looking for a new developer at the exact moment the site is down, and not explaining the whole stack from scratch to whoever picks up.

Three packages. Pick the one that matches what you actually need

These are full project prices, not starting points that grow later. If anything falls outside the scope, I tell you the number before I start on it.

How it works, from first message to launch

1

Tell me what you are running now

Where the site is hosted, who the domain is registered with, which outside services it calls. If you do not know, I trace it and write it down for you.

2

I check the state of it first, free

What is at risk today, what is out of date, and which package actually fits. If you do not need a retainer, I will tell you that instead of selling you one.

3

Contract, one year at a time

I pay a full year of domain up front from the first month, so the term is annual. Scope, notice period and ownership are written in English and signed before anything starts.

4

Then it just runs

Status report every month, you message me during your business hours, and every fix I ship stays covered for 60 days.

Questions people ask about this service

Why does the contract have to be annual?

Because I pay a full year of domain and hosting up front in the first month. On a month-to-month deal that stops halfway, that cost lands on me. So I set the term at the start and write it into the contract, rather than mentioning it once you are already in.

You did not build my site. Can you still take it on?

Yes, after one review pass. I need to see whether it can be maintained as it stands and how much technical debt is sitting in it. If the honest answer is that it should be rebuilt rather than maintained, I will say so, even though that is a smaller sale for me.

If I cancel, who owns the data and the domain?

You do, all of it. The domain is registered in your name from day one, not mine. I export the data and hand over the source code. Nothing gets held back to keep you tied to me.

How do you count one to three fixes a month?

Per issue, not per message. If one issue takes ten messages to sort out, it still counts as one. I do not want you hesitating before writing to me.

Something breaks at 2am. Does it get fixed?

Monitoring runs 24 hours and alerts me, and I work late as a matter of habit, so I usually know before you do. But I do not guarantee a response outside business hours. I would rather not promise something I cannot hold to every time.

You are in Thailand. How does the time difference work?

I am at UTC+7, and the reply window in each package is counted against your business hours, not mine, which is written into the contract. In practice you often send something at the end of your day and find it handled at the start of the next one, but the promise is only the stated window.
