AI chatbot that answers your customers from your own documents
Someone asks a question at 2 AM and gets the same answer they would get at 2 PM. The bot answers from your own material, and when the answer is not in there it says it is not sure and hands the chat to a person instead of guessing and leaving you to clean it up.
This is for you if any of this sounds familiar
Chats pile up and people go somewhere else
The same questions arrive dozens of times a day. By the time anyone replies, the customer has already asked a competitor.
Someone has to sit on the inbox all day
Your staff spend the day retyping the same answer instead of talking to the people who are ready to buy.
You tried an off-the-shelf bot and customers hated it
Menu-tree bots only answer what was set up in advance. One question outside the script and the customer goes round in circles, so you switched it off.
You are afraid a bot will answer wrong and cost you a customer
This is the part I built the whole thing around. The bot answers only from your material. If it is not in there, it says it is not sure and passes the chat to a person straight away.
The four things people worry about with AI, and how I handle them
It answers from your material only, and shows where each answer came from
The bot searches the documents you supply before it says anything, and every reply names the source it used. You can check any answer against the file it came from, so nothing is invented.
When it does not know, it says so and hands the chat to a person
With no supporting material the bot does not guess. It passes the conversation to your team along with the customer's original message. The handover is a designed feature, not a failure of the system.
Your material is never used to train a model
Your documents and conversations serve your customers only. They are not pooled with anyone else's data and they are not used to train the AI provider's models.
Every bot is attacked before it ships
Before handover I test each bot with promptraid, my own tool built around the OWASP standard for AI systems, so nobody can talk it out of its role or into revealing something it should not.
This bot only knows what is on this site. Ask about prices, scope, the guarantee or how the work runs. Every answer says which page it came from.
It answers only from this site. If it does not know, it says so and hands you to me. That is the same rule as every client bot I build.

How it works, from first message to launch
Send your ten most common questions
Tell me the ten things customers ask you most. That is enough for me to size the work.
Get the scope in writing
I send back scope, price and every monthly cost in one English document, inside 1 to 2 business days. The whole number at once, nothing appearing later.
Try it before your customers do
You chat with the real bot yourself, and I adjust the answers until you are happy with them.
Launch, plus 60 days of cover
It goes live with your customers, with an English user guide and 60 days of bug fixes.
Questions people ask about this service
Will it make things up when it does not have the answer?
No, and this is where it differs from a bot wired straight into an AI model. It searches your material first. If it finds nothing, it tells the customer it is not sure and passes the chat to your team with the original message attached. You are not chasing down wrong answers a week later.
What can I train it on?
PDF, Word and Excel files, photos of a menu or price list, text you type out yourself, even old chat transcripts you copy over. The closer the wording is to how your customers actually write, the better the answers come out.
Can it connect to my existing booking or stock system?
Yes, that is the Connected Assistant package. The bot pulls live data from your system to answer, so it can say which slots are open, how many units are left, or where a parcel is. If your system is more unusual than most, I look at it and quote that part separately before any work starts.
What does the monthly AI usage actually cost?
A business with 30 to 80 chats a day usually lands around $10 to $25 a month. A few hundred chats a day takes it closer to $45. I work the number out from your real volume before you decide, and it is billed by the AI provider directly, not through me.
Can my team edit answers and maintain the code later?
The two larger packages include an admin console, so your staff change answers themselves without waiting for me. On the smallest package you send edits to me during the 60 days. Either way the README, the code comments and the technical notes are in English, so your own developers can pick the project up without me in the loop.
Who am I actually working with, and how does this run across time zones?
You are hiring one developer directly. I work alone from Thailand, there is no agency behind me and nobody in between. I write back inside the hours set in the contract, worked out in your time zone, normally within 1 to 2 business days. Everything can run in writing, which I prefer anyway because it leaves a record of every decision.

That is enough for me to tell you which package fits and what the monthly usage will really cost you.
