A business website customers can find and contact you from
A site people actually find on Google, and can call or message you from in one tap on a phone. Not a good looking site that nobody lands on.
This is for you if any of this sounds familiar
All you have is a social page
That page sits on someone else's platform. The day it gets locked or restricted, everything goes with it. A site on your own domain is the one place you actually own.
You answer the same questions all day
Hours, location, what you do, roughly what it costs. That belongs in one place people can read at 2am, instead of someone typing the same answer again.
Your current site falls apart on a phone
Most people will open it on a phone. If they have to pinch and zoom to read one line, they are gone in the first few seconds.
You need a link you can send a corporate buyer
Your own domain reads completely differently from a social page link when someone is deciding whether you are a real business.
Three packages. Pick the one that matches what you actually need
These are full project prices, not starting points that grow later. If anything falls outside the scope, I tell you the number before I start on it.
- Three content pages, and you choose which
- Groundwork SEO for your name and for what people actually search
- Right on a phone and quick to load, with nothing to zoom into
- LINE, call and map buttons that work in one tap
- Domain and hosting inside your own account from day one
- One training session with a recording
- Five content pages, two more than Pages
- A contact form reaching your email and LINE the moment it is sent
- Google Analytics, so you can see where people come from
- A back office for changing words and pictures yourself
- A news or article page you keep adding to
- Thai and English, switched with one button
- A header image designed around your brand
- A second training session for the back office, with a manual
How it works, from first message to launch
Tell me what the business does
No brief or spec needed. Explain it the way you would explain it to a friend: what you sell, who buys it, what you want a visitor to do.
You get the full scope in writing
Within 1 to 2 business days I send one document in English with the scope, the price, and every yearly cost listed once, with the contract attached. Nothing gets added later.
You see the real homepage before you approve
I build the homepage first with your actual content. You ask for changes until it looks right, and only then do I build the rest.
Launch and handover
Domain connected, site live, source code and English documentation handed to you, then 60 days of fixes.
Questions people ask about this service
I only have a business name, no logo yet. Can you still build it?
Yes. I set the name in type so the site looks finished without a logo. If you want a proper logo, hire a designer for that specific job. I do not take logo work, it is not what I am good at.
Do I have to buy the domain myself?
Either way works. If I handle it, it goes in your name, never mine. You can move it to another host or another developer at any time without asking me.
Can I change the text myself later?
The CMS package has an admin area for that from day one. On the other two, send me the new text and I change it free during the 60 days after launch. After that it falls under the monthly care plan.
Will this put me on the first page of Google?
No, and be careful with anyone who says it will. What I do is build the structure correctly, give Google the information it looks for, and keep the site fast. Position depends on your competitors and on time. Usually you start seeing movement in 1 to 3 months.
Do you use WordPress?
No, I use Next.js. For a site this size it is faster and there is far less to keep patched. If you specifically need WordPress, hire someone who works in it every day. You will get a better result than you would from me.
Who am I actually hiring, and when do you reply?
One developer in Thailand. No team, no agency, no registered company behind it. The contract states the hours I answer in, converted to your time zone, so you know when to expect a reply. Anything sent outside those hours waits until the next working day.
Often booked together
Tell me what your business does
You do not need a brief or a spec written up. Explain it the way you would explain it to a friend.
Within 1 to 2 business days you get the scope, the price, and every yearly cost in one document.
If it is not a good fit, I will say so and point you toward someone better suited.
