I build one system for your bookings, stock and payments

The work that currently lives in chat threads and paper notebooks moves into one system. The owner opens it and sees the real numbers, any day, without having to ask anyone.

$7,900 – 22,9004–8 weeks3 packages60-day support included

This is for you if any of this sounds familiar

Sales sit in chat, stock sits in a notebook

When the numbers live in four places, nobody knows the real ones until month end. By then it is too late to do anything about them.

Someone checks payment receipts by hand

The job that eats the most hours is usually the one a computer already does. Two hours a day on receipts and bookings is sixty hours a month, every month, forever.

Several locations, or several people working at once

Everyone needs one place showing the same set of numbers, and the owner needs the view across all of it without calling around.

You want to know where the money went

A system that records every movement lets you go back and see who did what and when. A notebook and a chat thread cannot answer that.

Three packages. Pick the one that matches what you actually need

These are full project prices, not starting points that grow later. If anything falls outside the scope, I tell you the number before I start on it.

Not included in any package, and I am telling you before you pay

  • A mobile app on the app stores. The system opens in a phone browser with every function working. If you need a real installed app, that is the Android app service.
  • Complicated migration out of an old system. Excel and Google Sheets I move in, and that is included. Pulling data through another system's API I price separately and tell you about before I start.
  • The monthly fee for the receipt checking service, roughly $10 to $30 a month depending on transaction volume. That is the provider's fee, not mine, and I work it out on your real numbers before you decide.
  • Connecting to off the shelf accounting software. It is doable when that software opens an API. Send me the name and I check it for free.
  • Payment and chat connectors I have not built before. What I run in production is Thai bank transfer, PromptPay, Omise card payments and LINE. Tell me what you use and I check it before you pay me anything.

How it works, from first message to launch

1

Tell me how the work runs now

From the first customer message to the finished job. Who touches what, and where it goes wrong most often. That is enough for me to design it.

2

You get one written scope

Scope, price, delivery dates and every monthly cost in a single English document. I put the whole number in front of you once, and nothing gets added to it later.

3

Built in stages, usable from the first one

A build this size goes out in pieces. You run real parts of it before the whole thing is finished, and you pay against work you have already seen.

4

Training, handover, 60 days of support

I train your team, hand over the source code and the English documentation into your own repository, and stay available for 60 days after that.

Questions people ask about this service

How reliable is the automatic receipt checking?

It reads the actual bank record behind a transfer, not the text printed on the image. That is what stops edited receipts and stops the same receipt being sent twice. It is the same setup I run on a system that moves real money every day.

Can you move the data that already exists into it?

If it is in Excel or Google Sheets, yes, and that is in the price. If it has to be pulled out of an old system through an API, I check for free whether that system will let me, then quote the extra work before I start it.

What happens when the internet drops at the shop?

The system runs in the cloud, so it needs a connection. It works on phones over mobile data, which covers most outages. If your business genuinely has to keep working with no connection at all, that needs a mobile app, which is a different service.

Can another developer take this over after handover?

Yes. The code is yours, pushed into your own repository, with the README, the code comments and the technical docs in English. I do not keep clients tied to me by hiding how something works.

Who am I actually hiring?

One developer. There is no company behind this, no team, and no security certifications. You get my name on the contract and my work. If that is a problem for your procurement process, better to find out now than in week three.

How does the work run day to day?

In writing. Scope, decisions and change requests all go in text, so nothing depends on anyone remembering what was said on a call. I reply inside the working hours written into the contract, stated in your timezone, not mine.
