One screen for every order, from every channel you sell on

Most sellers I talk to already have the store. What they don't have is one place where every order lands. This build pulls orders from Shopify, WooCommerce and Stripe into a single screen, keeps stock in one pool so a sold-out item never oversells, and comes with a storefront of your own if you don't have one yet. Every package has a fixed price, paid once. No subscription, no per-order cut.

This is for you if any of this sounds familiar

Orders live in three dashboards and you check them all by hand

Every morning starts with a tour: store admin, payment dashboard, marketplace screen. The hub ends the tour. Every order lands in one list with one set of statuses — pending, to pack, shipped, done — whatever channel it came from.

Something sells out and another channel keeps selling it

An oversold order is a refund, an apology and a one-star review you could have avoided. Stock sits in one pool. A sale on any channel deducts from the same pool, and anything running low warns you first.

Monthly totals mean copying numbers out of every dashboard

The hub adds it up as it happens, split by channel. You see which channel actually sells, and which one the fees quietly eat, without opening a spreadsheet at midnight on the first of the month.

Your storefront is rented, and the rent keeps changing

A store on someone else's platform lives by their rules and their fees. The store in this build runs on your own hosting, under your own domain, with your customer list stored where only you can reach it.

Three packages. Pick the one that matches what you actually need

These are full project prices, not starting points that grow later. If anything falls outside the scope, I tell you the number before I start on it.

How it works, from first message to launch

1

Try the real thing first

The demo on this page is free to click through. Open the order screen, switch between channels, and watch the stock pool move. No form, no call.

2

Tell me your channels and pick a package

Prices are fixed, so there is no quote to wait for. Tell me where you sell today and roughly how many products you carry. That is enough to start.

3

Pay once and I build, while we sort access together

The store and hub go up within the stated window. In parallel I walk you through granting connector access on your own accounts, with a step-by-step guide.

4

Handover in your name

Code and hosting sit in your accounts from day one. One training session with a recording, full documents, and a 60-day warranty.

Questions people ask about this service

I already sell on marketplaces. Why would I need a store of my own?

A marketplace store is rented ground: fees change, rules change, and an account review can close you overnight with no appeal. Your own store is where repeat customers order without anyone taking a cut, and the only place your customer list is truly yours. This build doesn't ask you to leave any channel — it puts all of them in one place you control.

Do the connectors need anyone's approval?

Shopify, WooCommerce and Stripe access is created from your own accounts, usually the same day — that is exactly why those three are the standard set. Amazon and eBay are stricter: access depends on your seller account type and their review process, so I verify on your account first and quote separately. I would rather tell you that here than promise a date I don't control.

How is this different from subscription platforms that do multichannel?

They rent you the software: a monthly fee per channel, your data on their servers, and the bill never ends. This is built once and owned outright. After delivery your only running cost is hosting, paid directly to the provider. If you ever want another developer to take over, the documents are written for exactly that.

What payments can the store itself take?

Card payments through Stripe in your own account, which also covers many local payment methods depending on your country. Stripe's per-transaction fee applies at their published rate, from your account, with nothing added by me. Payments confirm orders automatically — no screenshots, no manual checking.

Are the prices really fixed?

Yes. What each package includes is written on this page in full, and so is what it doesn't. Anything outside those lists gets a price quoted first, and you decide. Nothing is built first and billed later.

Can another developer maintain it after you?

Yes. The code lives in your accounts from day one, with handover documents written so someone who has never met me can pick it up. I don't keep customers by hiding how things work.
