What this package is
This package is for sellers who already run a back office, or whose accountant expects numbers every month.
Everything in Multichannel stays, plus orders exported to Google Sheets, Excel or your accountant's format, a webhook feed into the system you already run where it allows it, and a daily summary in one message: sales, orders waiting, stock running low.
Delivery includes full handover documents, because a system wired into other systems must be maintainable by someone who has never met me.

- 60-day support on every package, with a written agreement in English before work starts
- Hosting and domain, roughly $15–30 a year, paid directly to the provider in your own name. I set it up in your accounts on day one, which is what makes the system genuinely yours.
- Payment provider fees. Stripe charges per transaction at its published rates, from your account to them. I add nothing on top and take no cut.
- Platform access approvals. Connectors are registered through your own store and seller accounts. I do the setup with you step by step, but approval time belongs to the platform, so connector deadlines count from the day access is granted.
- Amazon and eBay connectors. Access rules differ by account type, so I confirm feasibility on your actual seller account first and quote them separately — no promises I haven't verified.
- Product content and photos. You send them, I lay them out. Migrating your existing product list is free up to 500 items; beyond that I look at the file and quote before anything starts.
- Ads and marketing. The system is ready for the customers; bringing them in is a different job.
Questions about this package
If the destination system goes down, do orders vanish
No. The real order always lives in your own system; exports are copies that follow. A failed delivery retries itself and every attempt is on record, so you can see exactly which order went through and which is waiting. The demo on this page shows a failed-then-retried line on purpose, because real systems fail sometimes and honest ones show it.
Can it feed my accounting software directly
Case by case, honestly. Some open a door, some don't. I check yours for free and tell you plainly what is possible. When a direct feed isn't, the accountant-format file always is — and it closes the month just the same.
What is in the daily summary
Yesterday's sales across every channel, orders still waiting to pack or be paid, and anything under its reorder point. One message, readable before your coffee goes cold.
What does handover include
A system map, every connection listed with where its keys live, how to add products, how to read the logs when something looks off, and a recorded walkthrough. Written for someone who has never met me. Every account is in your name from day one, and the code is yours outright — on a 50/50 split the repository transfers once the final instalment clears.
