What this package is
This package is for sellers on two or three channels who are tired of checking each one by hand.
Everything in Order Hub stays, plus up to three connectors across Shopify, WooCommerce and Stripe, one stock pool shared by every channel so a sold-out item never oversells, order alerts the moment they land, and sales reports split by channel so you can see what the fees actually eat.
Amazon and eBay can join the same hub — I verify access on your seller account first, then quote them separately, because their approval queues are theirs, not mine.

Everything you get
This list is the entire scope of the package. Nothing is hidden in a contract.
- Everything in Order Hub
- Up to three connectors across Shopify, WooCommerce and Stripe
- One stock pool across every channel, so a sold-out item never oversells
- Sales reports split by channel: what sells, and what the fees eat
- New-order alerts sent to you the moment they land
- Owner and staff roles — staff pack orders without seeing your totals
- Amazon and eBay connectors quoted on request, after I verify access on your seller account first
- Hosting and domain, roughly $15–30 a year, paid directly to the provider in your own name. I set it up in your accounts on day one, which is what makes the system genuinely yours.
- Payment provider fees. Stripe charges per transaction at its published rates, from your account to them. I add nothing on top and take no cut.
- Platform access approvals. Connectors are registered through your own store and seller accounts. I do the setup with you step by step, but approval time belongs to the platform, so connector deadlines count from the day access is granted.
- Amazon and eBay connectors. Access rules differ by account type, so I confirm feasibility on your actual seller account first and quote them separately — no promises I haven't verified.
- Product content and photos. You send them, I lay them out. Migrating your existing product list is free up to 500 items; beyond that I look at the file and quote before anything starts.
- Ads and marketing. The system is ready for the customers; bringing them in is a different job.
Questions about this package
Does the stock pool really prevent overselling
Inside the system, every sale deducts from the same pool immediately. What I say plainly: platforms accept updates on their own schedule, with delays measured in minutes, so the system also lets you set a pause line before true zero, and every deduction is on record. The goal is never selling what you don't have — those two layers achieve it.
What about Amazon and eBay
Both can feed the same hub. Their access rules depend on your seller account type and their review process, so I verify on your actual account first and quote separately. I would rather check first than promise a date I don't control.
How do the alerts arrive
To the channel you actually watch — email out of the box, or a messaging channel where your country supports it. Alerts fire the moment an order lands, so nobody sits refreshing dashboards.
What do the per-channel reports show
Sales and order counts per channel for the month, next to the fees each channel takes. Most sellers learn within a week which channel actually earns and which one only looks busy.
