What this package is

Custom is bespoke work designed around how your trade actually operates, rather than a standard system bent until it fits.

It has no list price, because no two trades need the same amount of work. Fixing the scope in advance would turn it into an expensive version of Run rather than bespoke work at all.

The clearest example comes from the beauty trade, where customers buy a course of ten visits and use them over months. The system has to know how many are left, when they expire, who performed each one, and how that ties to that person's commission. General booking systems do not have any of this, because none of it is really about booking.

Course packages sold by the visit

The customer buys a course up front and uses it over time. The system has to know how many visits are left, when it expires, and who performed each one.

Not included in this package

Hosting and domain, roughly $40-70 a year, paid directly to the provider in your own name. I set them up in your account on day one, so the system is genuinely yours and not tied to me.
The slip-checking service, roughly $6-25 a month depending on volume, and only on the package that takes deposits. That is the provider charge, not mine, and I work it out from your real numbers before you decide.
LINE OA message fees if you exceed the free allowance on your own account.
Your content and photography. Send them and I lay them out. Shooting or writing them is charged separately.
Migrating old data. From a spreadsheet it is free. From another system through an API I check for free whether it is possible, then quote before doing it.
An app in the Play Store. Everything here works fully on a phone browser; a real app is a separate service.

That figure is a starting point, not a final price. Bespoke work differs in size from trade to trade, so I quote against the real scope once I have seen how you operate. The assessment is free and carries no obligation. This is the only package paid in stages, half on agreeing to start and the rest on delivery once you have checked it, because bespoke work runs longer and covers more ground.

Questions about this package

Why is there no price?

Because the size of this work genuinely differs by trade. A fixed price would mean fixing the scope first, which stops it being bespoke, and it would turn away clients whose work is larger and who are ready to pay for it. So I look at the real thing first and then quote once.

Am I committed after the assessment?

No. The assessment is free and carries no obligation. If I think Run is enough for you, I will say so and quote you the cheaper one.

How long does it take?

It depends on scope. I give you the timeline alongside the price in one summary, and I always deliver in stages, so you are using the real thing before all of it is finished.

Have you built this kind of thing before?

Yes, and it is all on the Work page: a morning reporting system running daily for a seven-hotel group, a school grading system with its full source public, and security tools I wrote and published. Every one of them can be opened and used. None of it is screenshots.

Who owns the code?

You do, in your own account from day one, with documentation someone else can pick up. The same as every package.
