What this package is
Answer is a bot that replies from your own material rather than from general knowledge found on the internet.
You send up to thirty pages of files or text, the bot is trained on that, and it answers only from what is in there. Anything outside it, it says it does not know and hands straight to a person. One channel is included, either LINE or a chat box on your site.
The demo on this page is that bot, live. Ask it about prices or the guarantee and watch both what it answers and which page it cites.

The live bot is trained on the Thai version of this site, so it answers in Thai. It is genuinely running rather than a mock-up, and you are welcome to try it.
Everything you get
This list is the entire scope of the package. Nothing is hidden in a contract.

- Monthly AI usage, roughly $10 to $45 depending on real chat volume. I work the number out from your traffic before you commit, and you pay the provider directly. It is not my fee.
- LINE Official Account charges above the free quota, if you push a lot of outbound messages to customers.
- Writing your product information from scratch. If nothing is written down yet, I can shape what you have into usable form, but the source has to come from you.
- A promise that the bot is right 100 percent of the time. Nobody can honestly promise that. What I do instead is build it to admit when it does not know and pass the chat to a person, which beats guessing.
- Content updates after the 60 days. If you want me on call after that, it is a separate monthly arrangement and I will tell you the price up front.
Questions about this package
Will it make things up?
It is built to answer only from your material, and every answer carries a link to where it came from, so you can check immediately. Anything not in the material it is instructed to decline and hand over. Try asking the bot on this page about something this site does not cover: it will tell you it does not know.
What if a wrong answer costs a customer money?
That is why you define the forbidden topics from the start. Anything binding, money or commitments such as negotiating price or promising a delivery date, is set to hand over rather than decide. And during the first 30 days, any answer it should not have given is corrected at no charge.
Are thirty pages enough?
For most businesses, yes, because what customers actually ask circles a few dozen topics. If your material is genuinely larger, I say so during assessment and propose what fits, rather than stuffing everything in and letting it answer slowly and vaguely.
Who pays the monthly AI cost?
You do, directly to the provider in your own account. I set it up and give you an estimate before starting. A business with a few dozen conversations a day usually lands in the low hundreds to low thousands of baht a month. It works this way because the account has to be yours: the day you stop working with me, the bot keeps running.
Can I edit the answers myself later?
Not in this package. During the first 30 days I make changes at no charge, and after that they are quoted per job. If you know you will be changing things often, such as a monthly promotion, the Capture package includes a back office and works out cheaper over time.
