AnnualMonthly Care

$1,650/yearPaid once for the year30-day cover

What this package is

Annual is the Care package in full, paid once for the year. The scope is identical, with nothing removed and nothing added that could not honestly be promised.

You pay 24,900 baht instead of 2,500 a month, which is 30,000 over a year. That saves 5,100, or an effective 2,075 a month, and adds two security audits a year, which are worth 3,800 bought separately.

The discount exists because paying once genuinely helps my cash flow, so I hand that benefit straight back rather than inflating a monthly price and pretending to discount it. And to keep it fair, if you have to stop partway, unused months are refunded pro rata.

The same scope as the monthly package, with the basic package inside it

Nothing is removed here. Only the way you pay changes, plus what is added above. Every button works the same way.

This is what arrives every month. Not a note saying everything was fine, but figures you can check: how much of the month the site was online, how many backups succeeded, what was updated, what was fixed and when. And at the end, the part that matters most, what is waiting on a decision from you.

This report is live on this site and can be read in full. The figures inside belong to an invented shop.

Everything in the basic package is part of this one too

The monitoring, the alerting and the security updates from the basic package are all included, and every button works the same way.

How much of the month it was online, and what happened the night it was notOne square is one day, so a normal month becomes something you can see in a second, and a bad day is found without reading anything.
30 days fully onlineThe 18th, 13 minutes down
The night of the 18th, in orderThis is what the package actually sells. Not a promise the site will never go down, because nobody can promise that, but a promise that somebody always finds out before you do.
  1. 02:41

Monitoring The site is polled every 60 seconds. Two consecutive failures, so this counts as a real outage rather than noise.

  2. 02:41

Alert to me Straight to my phone, not to a shared inbox nobody opens at two in the morning.

  3. 02:44

Ticket opened with the host Confirmed it was not our side but the provider's network, and raised it with the evidence attached.

  4. 02:54

Back to normal 13 minutes in total. You were not woken and had nothing to do.

  5. 09:00

Summary to you in the morning What happened, what was done, and that if it recurs next month I will bring a costed proposal to move hosts.

You were not woken, you did nothing, and you heard about it in the morning with the conclusion attached.

Everything you get

This list is the entire scope of the package. Nothing is hidden in a contract.

Not included in this package
  • New feature work beyond what the contract lists. Reserved Developer Hours includes four hours a month; past that I quote before I start, never after.
  • A full redesign. That is a new project, not maintenance.
  • Outages at a third party, such as a bank or an email provider. I chase them and tell you what I find, but I do not control them.
  • Code another developer changes during the contract. If someone else touches it, I need to review it before I keep covering it.
  • A guaranteed response outside your business hours. Monitoring runs around the clock, but I only promise reply times inside working hours.

What I need from you before starting

Every question needs an answer, because these are the settings your system is built from. None of them can be skipped. If one is not settled yet, put down what you know today and we adjust it when work starts.

How the work runs

1

Tell me what you are running now

Where the site is hosted, who the domain is registered with, which outside services it calls. If you do not know, I trace it and write it down for you.

2

I check the state of it first, free

What is at risk today, what is out of date, and which package actually fits. If you do not need a retainer, I will tell you that instead of selling you one.

3

Contract, one year at a time

I pay a full year of domain up front from the first month, so the term is annual. Scope, notice period and ownership are written in English and signed before anything starts.

4

Then it just runs

Status report every month, you message me during your business hours, and every fix I ship stays covered for 60 days.

Questions about this package

Can I stop partway after paying for the year?

Yes. Unused months are refunded pro rata, less the domain cost already paid a year ahead. It is in the agreement from the start, because taking a year of money means holding money for work not yet done. If I cannot continue, I owe it back. I would rather not have that be something we argue about afterwards.

Why as much as 17 percent?

Because paying once genuinely helps my cash flow, and I hand that benefit straight back. The monthly price of 2,500 is not inflated to make the discount look bigger. It is what I have always charged.

What does it add over Care?

The care scope is identical. What is added is two security audits a year, worth 3,800 together, and a price locked for the year. This package is not selling more. It is saying that if you were going to stay the year anyway, this way costs less.

Will the price rise at renewal?

Not during the year you contracted. At renewal, if hosting or outside services have gone up, I tell you at least 60 days ahead, with what went up and by how much, and you decide whether to continue. Nothing renews automatically and takes your money without asking.

What if nothing happens all year? Will it feel wasted?

I understand that feeling, and the monthly report exists precisely for it. It sets out in figures what was prevented, how many updates were applied, how many backups succeeded. If after twelve of them it still does not feel worth it, I would much rather you said so plainly than renewed out of politeness.
