What this package is
The roster lives in a spreadsheet several people can edit, and one day you find the same guard rostered to two sites in the same shift, or stacked into sixteen hours straight with nobody noticing. Then there are the swap requests that arrive by chat at midnight. A supervisor cannot hold them all in his head, one falls through, and a post stands empty the next morning.
This package is the scheduling system for the whole company. Every active site and every shift sits on one screen, you tap to change a name, and you can look back at who stood where. The system flags clashes on its own: the same person on two sites in one shift turns red, back-to-back shifts adding up to sixteen hours turn amber. It flags them ahead of the day, and it never locks you out, because a person decides, always. Guards file swap requests from their phones, a supervisor approves, and the system makes the change and tells both men the result. Everyone can see their own coming shifts without phoning anyone.
The scope, said plainly: this is the scheduling system only. QR patrol and missed-round alerts are not included. You can buy this on its own even if you have no patrol system at all, and you do not need to buy Patrol first, because these are two separate systems sold on their own. If you want scheduling and patrol together, the Complete package holds both and costs less than buying the two single packages separately.

- The Android app that keeps working with no signal, $1,650. The same screens and the same buttons, so nobody has to learn the job twice.
- Monthly care, $169 a month, entirely optional. Nothing stops working if you never take it.
- Phones and printing. Guards use the phones they already carry, and the QR labels print on your own printer or at any print shop.
- A registered company on my side. I trade in Thailand under a registered commercial name as a sole trader, not a limited company, and the contract is with me personally.
Questions about this package
Why not just buy off-the-shelf software
Most rostering software is built for shops and hospitals, where staff stand in one building and shifts are short. Your business is separate sites under separate contracts, twelve-hour shifts, and stacked hours you need to see before they happen. Off-the-shelf usually has to be bent to fit you, or bends you to fit it, while charging monthly per head forever. What I build is paid once, the system is yours, and the rules inside it are your company's actual rules.
Do the guards need to buy new phones
No. A guard opens a link on the phone he already has to see his roster and file a swap request. No app store, no install, nothing to buy. If someone genuinely cannot use a phone, a supervisor can enter the request for him from the office screen. Nobody is left out because of their handset.
Does the system track where a guard is all shift
No. This system deals with the roster and nothing else. It knows who is rostered to which site on which shift, and who asked to swap with whom. No location is recorded at any point. This matters on the day you announce it, because the rumour that management is watching all day has killed plenty of good systems before they started.
Can I buy this now and add the patrol system later
Yes. It is added later at a fixed add-on price, not a fresh quote, and once it is in, the two systems talk to each other exactly as they do in Complete. Said straight: adding later costs more overall than buying Complete from the start, so if you already know you want both, Complete is the cheaper door. I tell you that before you pay, not after.
If the system flags a roster as against the rules, can we still do it
Yes. It warns, it does not lock. A person decides, always. The reason is that real operations include the night somebody calls in sick at ten and your only option is to let the man on duty carry on. A system that forbids you on that night is a system you abandon in the first month. What it does instead is show the warning and keep a record of what was decided and why, which is far more useful when you review the month than a closed door.
