What this package is
Custom is bespoke work designed around how your trade actually counts things, rather than a standard stock system bent until it more or less fits.
There is no price set in advance because trades genuinely do not count the same way. A factory holding half-finished goods, a parts shop that needs to know which models a part fits, and a shop whose accountant demands FIFO are three different sizes of job.
I quote once I have seen how the work really runs. The assessment costs nothing and carries no obligation.
See it working
Type part of a name, or the barcode itself. In a shop with a thousand lines, the problem was never the number of lines. It is not finding one while a customer waits.

Receive or issue straight away. The balance moves the instant anything happens with nobody adding up by hand, and the system records who did it, when, and at which location.
Receive one roll and the balance goes up by 100 metres, not by 1, because everything is held in the smallest unit. You then sell it by the metre as normal. This is where a spreadsheet drifts with nothing to warn you. In Control

Everything you get
This list is the entire scope of the package. Nothing is hidden in a contract.
- Everything in Control
- Built around how your trade actually counts things, not a stock template bent to fit
- FIFO costing with layered batches, for shops whose accountant needs the numbers that way
- Manufacturing example: multi-level recipes, so you know how much half-finished stock you hold and how many more you could build
- Parts example: link a part to the models it fits, so searching by model returns only what actually fits
- Connect to the till or accounting system you already run, where that system allows it
- No price set in advance, because no two trades count stock the same way. Quoted against the real scope once I have seen how you work
- Hosting and a domain, roughly $40-70 a year, paid directly to the provider in your own name. I set it up inside your account on day one so the system is genuinely yours.
- Barcode scanners and label printers. The system scans with a phone camera already. Real hardware is yours to buy, and I will recommend models and configure them at no charge.
- Connecting to Shopee, Lazada or TikTok. Each of them sets its own terms for outside access, so I check whether it is possible at no charge and quote it separately before anything starts.
- Product copy and photography. Send what you have and I lay it out. Shooting product photos is charged separately.
- Migrating your old data. Anything in Excel or Google Sheets I move across at no charge up to 500 lines, which covers most shops. Above that I look at the file and quote first, because bigger lists almost always need rows reconciled by hand. Pulling out of an older program through an API I check for free, then quote before starting.
- An app from the Play Store. Everything here works fully in a phone browser. A real installable app sits under the Android service.
How the work runs
Try the real thing first
The demo on this page is free to use. Receive some stock, sell some out, then count the shelf and watch the gap appear. Nothing to fill in and nobody to talk to.
Tell me which package
The price is already fixed, so there is no quote to wait for. Send the product list you have now, your old spreadsheet is fine, and that is enough to start.
Pay and I start
You see it in progress rather than hearing nothing until the end, and your existing product data is loaded in ready to use.
Handed over inside your own account
The code and the hosting are in your name from day one. One training session with a recording, and 60 days of cover.
Paying and getting started
That figure is a starting point, not a final price. Bespoke work differs in size from trade to trade, so I quote against the real scope once I have seen how you operate. The assessment is free and carries no obligation. This is the only package paid in stages, half on agreeing to start and the rest once you have checked the working system, with delivery following the final payment, because bespoke work runs longer and covers more ground.
Bank transfer. A receipt is issued every time, and a written contract if you want one.
Questions about this package
How is this different from Control?
Control is a complete stock system for a normal shop. Custom is for when your trade does not count like a normal shop in the first place, such as a factory tracking half-finished goods or a parts shop searching by vehicle model. Those cannot be bolted on later because they live in the shape of the data, not on the screen.
If I ask for an assessment, am I committed?
No. It costs nothing and carries no obligation. If the assessment shows Control is enough for you, I say so plainly rather than selling you more.
Why is there no price?
Because fixing the list in advance would just turn it into a more expensive Control rather than bespoke work. The starting figure is where it starts, not what it ends at, and I quote properly once I have seen the real workflow.
Can it be paid in stages?
This is the only package paid in stages: half on agreeing to start, the rest once you have checked the working system, with delivery following the final payment. Bespoke work runs longer and covers more ground, so staging still makes sense.
