What this package is
Admin is where your own team works with the data, without opening a database and without calling a developer. Search, filter, edit and delete from an ordinary web page.
It comes with roles controlling who sees and changes what, import and export as Excel or CSV for anything still handed to another department, and a record of who changed what and when.
That audit trail is the part people skip until the day it matters. When a number is not what it should be, the first question is who changed it. With no record, the answer is that nobody knows.

The owner view shows everything and can change any record. Every change is recorded regardless of who makes it.
This mirrors the screen of the delivered system. Everything here lives in this page and is connected to nothing. The real thing has search, filtering, Excel import and export, and an audit trail covering every record.
Everything you get
This list is the entire scope of the package. Nothing is hidden in a contract.
- Everything in API
- A full dashboard: up to four historical charts, date ranges, month-on-month comparison
- An admin console a non-developer can use, up to 6 screens: search, filter, edit, delete
- User roles controlling who sees and changes what
- Import and export as Excel or CSV
- An audit trail of who changed what and when
- Replies inside the working hours written into the contract, counted in your time zone
- Front-end design and build. This service covers only what sits behind it. If you need both sides, look at the business website or the booking system, which ship with a front end.
- Monthly server and third-party costs, paid from your own accounts so the system genuinely belongs to you. I estimate the figures before we start.
- Migrating data out of an old system with a complicated structure. Ordinary spreadsheets I move for free; pulling through a legacy API is quoted separately and told to you first.
- Mobile apps. That is the Android service, which can call the API built here.
- A registered company on my side. I am one developer working under my own name in Thailand, and the contract is with me personally.
Questions about this package
How is this different from just opening the database?
Opening the database means only a developer can do it, and one wrong edit has nothing standing in the way. What I build validates input, enforces roles, and records who did what. Ordinary people can use it, and mistakes can be traced.
Could we use Retool or Directus instead?
Yes, and for some projects I will recommend exactly that. If you want it quickly and are happy paying per user monthly, off-the-shelf wins. Building it is right when your own business logic has to live inside the admin, such as one button that must cause three things to happen in order, which those tools handle poorly.
Can we add users later? Is there a per-user cost?
Add them yourself from inside the admin, with no per-user charge, because the system is yours rather than rented. That is the opposite of off-the-shelf tools, where the bill grows as the team grows.
If somebody deletes the wrong record, can it come back?
Yes. Deleting hides by default rather than removing from the database, and it is recorded. Permanent deletion on a data subject's request is supported too, as a separate action.
Can we upgrade from API later?
Yes, paying the difference at that day's price. The admin is built on the same API, so nothing has to be torn up.
