What this package is
Pro is for a shop where one product has more than one unit, and stock sits in more than one place.
The difference from Starter is not simply more features. It is that the system starts to understand how your shop really buys and sells. Buy a box and sell singles, buy a roll and cut it by the metre, sell a kit built from several parts, and the balance still holds.
It fits hardware shops, parts sellers, wholesalers, and anyone running a shop floor and a store room separately.

- Barcode scanners and label printers. The system scans with a phone camera already. Real hardware is yours to buy, and I will recommend models and configure them at no charge.
- Connecting to Shopee, Lazada or TikTok. Each of them sets its own terms for outside access, so I check whether it is possible at no charge and quote it separately before anything starts.
- Product copy and photography. Send what you have and I lay it out. Shooting product photos is charged separately.
- Migrating your old data. Anything in Excel or Google Sheets I move across at no charge up to 500 lines, which covers most shops. Above that I look at the file and quote first, because bigger lists almost always need rows reconciled by hand. Pulling out of an older program through an API I check for free, then quote before starting.
- An app from the Play Store. Everything here works fully in a phone browser. A real installable app sits under the Android service.
Questions about this package
What happens to the remainder after a conversion?
Everything is held in the smallest unit. A 100 metre roll with 12 metres cut off reads as 88 metres left, not 0.88 of a roll, because a number with a decimal point in it is a number the counter staff will argue about.
We sell a kit but one part is short. Then what?
The system will not let stock go negative, and it says immediately which part is short and by how many. You decide whether to sell the parts separately or wait for delivery. The point is that it stops there, instead of going through and leaving you to find a negative balance later.
Can I hand the cost figures straight to my accountant?
This package works out cost on a moving average, which answers which items earn and which to drop, and that is enough to run the shop on. If your accountant needs FIFO with layered batches, that is a different size of job and it sits in Full Custom. I say so here rather than letting you find out at year end.
What if stock goes missing during a transfer?
Transfers have their own state: sent, but not yet received at the other end. Anything sitting in that state shows how many days it has been there. That is where stock disappears most often, and it is exactly what a spreadsheet cannot see.
Is phone scanning fast enough for a lot of stock?
Yes for receiving and counting. Modern phone cameras keep up fine. If you scan hundreds of items continuously every day, a real scanner is far more comfortable. I recommend models at no charge and configure them to work with the system. The hardware itself is yours to buy.
