What this package is
Count makes the number on the screen match what is actually on the shelf, without pulling apart the way the shop already works.
The heart of it is that every receipt and every issue is stamped with who did it and when. On counting day you can see which stretch of time the gap came from, instead of only knowing that it does not add up.
It suits a shop that sells in the same unit it buys in. If you buy by the box and sell singles, or buy a roll and cut it by the metre, that ability sits in Control.

- Hosting and a domain, roughly $40-70 a year, paid directly to the provider in your own name. I set it up inside your account on day one so the system is genuinely yours.
- Barcode scanners and label printers. The system scans with a phone camera already. Real hardware is yours to buy, and I will recommend models and configure them at no charge.
- Connecting to Shopee, Lazada or TikTok. Each of them sets its own terms for outside access, so I check whether it is possible at no charge and quote it separately before anything starts.
- Product copy and photography. Send what you have and I lay it out. Shooting product photos is charged separately.
- Migrating your old data. Anything in Excel or Google Sheets I move across at no charge up to 500 lines, which covers most shops. Above that I look at the file and quote first, because bigger lists almost always need rows reconciled by hand. Pulling out of an older program through an API I check for free, then quote before starting.
- An app from the Play Store. Everything here works fully in a phone browser. A real installable app sits under the Android service.
Questions about this package
Do we have to change how we work?
No. The change is that instead of writing in a book or a file, you tap a phone. Two buttons, receive and issue, and the system works out the rest. How you store things, how you order, and who does what all stay as they are.
Our stock has no barcodes. Can we still use it?
Yes. You can search by name or by a code you set yourself. Anything that came with a barcode from the factory scans with a phone camera. Printing your own labels for the rest sits in Control.
The count does not match. What does the system actually do?
You enter what you counted and it shows the gap in units and in money, then lets you replay every movement of that item since the last count. That is the part that finds the cause, rather than just correcting the number and moving on.
How many items before it is worth it?
Honestly: under about fifty items with one person handling everything, a notebook still copes. It clearly pays off once more than one person touches stock, because the problem is not the number of items, it is that nobody knows who took what.
Can we move up to Control later?
Yes. You pay the difference on the day you upgrade, with nothing restarted and nothing paid twice. Everything already recorded stays.
